At what time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is possible starting from 2 pm, while it is possible to check out up to noon. If you wish, you can leave the luggage safely with our front desk staff and visit Milan without having to carry your bags around.

What is your cancellation policy?

No charges apply for cancellations and amendments up to 24 hours prior the arrival day. The first night will be debited for cancellations within 24 hours prior arrival day or in case of no-shows.

For those travelling to attend an exhibition at Milano Fiera, the cancellation is free of charge up to 5-7 days prior arrival date. For the exhibition Salone Del Mobile the cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days prior arrival date.

Do you have car park?

There are 2 parking slots in front of the hotel (the cost is 15,00 €/ per day). We also have an agreement with a nearby garage (the cost is 25,00 €/ per day) and other private car parks in the area.
